FAQs
Economy/Ground Order Processing: Allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & all major holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.
Second Day/Next Day Order Processing: Second/Next Day Order Processing: Allow 24 hours for processing before orders ships from our warehouse. (Excluding weekends & all major holidays).
Delivery Time: Time begins calculating once order has shipped from the warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update from when the order has shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order.Please keep in mind that delivery time frames begin calculating once your order has shipped out of our warehouse.
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received.Please visit our Return Page for further assistance.
Orders or items from an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons.
- Unable to ship to the address provided.
- Inventory for the item has become unavailable at the time of packing.
- Errors in processing your payment information.
If your order/ item(s) are cancelled, you will receive notice via email. Please keep in mind that you will not be billed for any cancelled items/order.
Click the Auto Returns link here and add the order you wish to send back including the shipping zip/postal code. Once RMA # is created a pre-paid label will be provided to return the product back for processing.
Auto returns process
1. Add your order # and shipping zip/postal code.
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and include the quantity and reason for return.
3. Once confirmed, you will be provided a shipping label to return the product.
4. Prepaid labels are only available to US/CA customers and excludes International orders.
5. Once the return is received, a notification will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting to your account.
• Original shipping charges will not be added to refund
• Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (5%-10%)
• No returns or exchanges on Final Sale items
• $10.00 restocking fee applied per return package
Note: Prepaid label is only offered to United States/Canadian customers. This offer excludes orders being shipped from certain territories, and international orders.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to arrive to our facility.
Once your return has been received by our warehouse, allow up to 7-10 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur depending on your financial institution before the funds appear on your account.

Pickleball Flow wants to assure you are 100% satisfied with the product you purchased, which is why we offer a hassle free 30 day return period on all items ordered via phone or online store.
